Onion 1 big. Green chilly 1, dry red chilly 2, ginger 1-inch size (approx). Oil 2 tablespoons and mustard, salt, curry leaves, and carrot as required.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Cooking method:<\/strong> heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a heavy-bottomed pan on medium flame. Add mustard seed. When they begin to sputter, add chilly, curry leaves, chopped onion, ginger, carrot, and green chilies and saute them for 1-2 minutes. Pour 2 cups of water add adequate salt to this mix and stir well. When water starts boiling add grated coconut, if needed. Add one cup of Ojes roasted rava. Once the rava absorbs all water, cover and cook on low flame and allow to settle for another 5 minutes.
